Iceland Challenge 27-30 August 2017

Sign up by either paying for your place just like a holiday, or alternatively fundraise for a charity of your choice. You can opt into our 'Flight Inclusive' package, or book your own flights, and there's also an optional Extension Package. 

Self Funding Option...

You pay for your Challenge in full, with an initial deposit when registering & a final balance due 10 weeks prior to departure. 

Flights Included - £1175 total cost per person

  • Pay £200 registration deposit on-line to secure your Challenge
  • £975 remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to the Challenge
  • Flights depart London 27 August, returning to London 30 August
  • Full flight details will be released closer to the challenge
  • Inclusive of all taxes & surcharges

Flights NOT Included - £875 total cost per person

  • Pay £200 registration deposit on-line to secure your Challenge place
  • £675 remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to the Challenge
  • Book your own flights to and from Iceland
  • You will need to meet in Rekjavik on 27 August for transfer to the start 

Charity Fundraising Option...

Unlike many Iceland Charity trips - this is a real challenge - and you should be able to get sponsorship from friends & family for your endeavours and smash the fundraising targets!

You pay an initial deposit when registering, and agree to raise a minimum sponsorship target for a charity of your choice. We make the arrangements with the charity - you set up an on-line donation page (JustGiving etc) & fundrising then goes directly to your charity.

Flights Included - £200 Reg Fee + £1,950 Fundraising Target 

  • Pay £200 registration deposit on-line to secure your Challenge place
  • £1,950 minimum fundraising target for your charity of choice
  • 80% of target is due with your charity 10 weeks prior to the Challenge
  • Remaining 20% due no later than 4 weeks after
  • Out of this sum - the charity pay the balance of your trip cost (£975)
  • Full flight details will be released closer to the Challenge
  • Inclusive of all taxes & surcharges

  • £1,350 minimum fundraising target for your charity of choice
  • 80% of this target is due with your charity 10 weeks prior to the Challenge

  • Out of this sum - the charity pay the balance of your trip cost (£675)
  • Book your own flights to and from Iceland
  • You will need to meet in Rekjavik on 27 August for transfer to the start 

Optional Extension Package - £300 per person

With both above options, you can extend your stay to explore Iceland. It's a 2-day extension package with an extra night and scheduled excursions

  • Airport transfers
  • 1 night hotel accommodation
  • 1 breakfast, 1 lunch & 1 dinner
  • A whale watching excursion
  • City tour & visit to the Blue Lagoon
  • Flying home to the UK - Weds 31 August (if on flights included package)
  • £100 deposit payable at time of booking / registration
  • £200 balance due 10 weeks prior to trip
